How can I hide my server status?

For software using server.properties, set enable-status=false and enable-query=false, then restart your server. This also hides its status in the Minecraft server list.

How can I hide the plugin list?

For Bukkit/Spigot, check the query-plugins option in bukkit.yml. For other software, consult its Query configuration documentation.

Why can't I see all players?

Servers may return only a sample of players or no list at all. Enable enable-query=true and allow the Query UDP port to provide more data.

Is latency measured from my computer?

Latency is measured from our API host to the Minecraft server. Your in-game ping may differ based on your location and connection.

How long are results cached?

The API caches online results for 60 seconds and offline results for 30 seconds by default. The website also caches results for 60 seconds, so updates may take a short time to appear.

Why is my server shown as offline?

Check the address, port, firewall and connection in Minecraft. Query may fail when UDP is blocked even if Java Ping works.
